Now the days become colder and the smell of snow is all around. I have the feeling that these days wil produce beautiful hours of sipping cups of steaming hot tea while filling you in about my life's last changes. So this should be a promising re-begin of blogging.

No just in the mood to share my latest shots with you.
Some of them are quite good. (at least I like them :-P)
I'm in a funny mood as you might notice. This is probably connected with the fact that I'm going for a big sailing trip this weekend (see beyond) and this weather here. It's soooo FINE!!
And of course the holiday feeling which I get if I look at my calendar and recognise that there is no weekend left here. (next weekend I'm kayaking (man gönnt sich ja sonst nix :-P/ sorry folks there is no equal english translation for this phrase...)

Going aboard

To ceep you at least approximate up to date:
Tomorrow I'm going to Kristiansand to sleep my first night on board the 64,3 meter long ship, the Sørlandet!!!
We will then set sail towards Oslo on the early sunday morning and we'll try (and hopefully suceed) to take this 300 kilometer distance in less than three days so that we will reach the Oslo habour on Tuesday night.

...hurraaa!!!! Didn't you know that? That's what you scream for an answer on the "Settene Mai", the national day of all the crazy norwegians. There are many different things you do on this special day and the traditions probably vary also in each region but I got to know how they do it in Sandefjord from the special view as a participant!! Det var veldig gøy!!! (This was a lot of fun)
So here are some pictures from the parade which might give or give not ;) you some clue about what the are doing there exactly. I think you have to experience it your self one day.

Slices Apples

Sitting in math's class and can't participate because of my little mac... some PC programs are required.
So I'm sitting here with the girls eating sliced apples and enjoying the beautful morning, knowing it is the last schoolday which parts us from our next long weekend and the super exciting 17th of May to which I'm really looking forward to, since I haven't celebrated it yet. (For people who have no idea what I'm talking about the 17th of May is the norwegian national day where they celebrate the 193th anniversary of the norwegian constitution. Before that they where in a union with sweden)
I was asked to help carrying the school banner on the parade with my friend Mavis.
I hope I get some pictures how the whole thing looked afterwards to share them with you.

I went into the sea yesterday

Its true!! It was a bit cold -I have to admit- but very nice. Especially the salty taste of the skin afterwords.
Here are some nice pics from my trip to the sea. There are no evidence photos where I am actually in the sea. Unfortunately you just have to believe me.

...and a got a brand new camera!! It's a Canon IXUS60 (just if someone is interested in) and its the best, prettiest and handiest camera I've ever seen. That is the perfect Birthday present for me being in Norway...so THANK YOU SO MUCH Mango & Tini!!! I hope you will enjoy the pictures I take / I've allready taken.
